Agreement

By creating an account or using We Show Up Club, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

We Show Up Club is a free web application for tracking recurring activities in groups. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • One person per account. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data outside of your groups.
  • Do not abuse the invitation system (e.g., sending spam invitations).
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the service's infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

  • You retain ownership of any data you submit (check-ins, group names, etc.).
  • By using the service, you grant us a license to store and display your data as needed to operate the service.
  • You can delete your data at any time by removing check-ins, leaving groups, or requesting account deletion.

Group administration

  • Group creators and admins can invite and remove members.
  • Group deletion is permanent from the user's perspective (data is archived on our end).
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by group admins.

Limitation of liability

We Show Up Club is a free service provided by an individual, not a company. To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee data availability, uptime, or backup.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by requesting account deletion at support@weshowup.club. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
